Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after the order cutoff time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Once your order is handed over to the 3rd party courier, Brand is not responsible for delays, however, loss in transit is covered and claimed by the 3rd party courier and Rholab will assist in resolving any delivery-related issues.
Products must be returned in unused and original packaging condition within 24 – 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return. The return shipment cost will be borne by the client
Approved refunds after returned product quality check will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days or as per the payment gateway policy to appear in your account.
Exchanges are offered for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability. Requests must be made to Rholab Customer Services within 24 hours days of delivery.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
Product availability depends on stock. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund.
