Products must be returned in unused and original packaging condition within 24 – 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return. The return shipment cost will be borne by the customer.
Approved refunds after returned product quality check will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days or as per the payment gateway policy to appear in your account.
Exchanges are offered for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability. Requests must be made to Rholab Customer Services within 24 hours days of delivery.
